FREE Hummingbird Notebooking Pages from the Notebooking Fairy

This year we had an incredible time watching droves of hummingbirds cavort around the feeder on our back porch. It turned into a fantastic opportunity for hummingbird nature study. Although planning for nature study is good, it’s wonderful when something simply presents itself like the hummingbirds did.

Unfortunately, these notebooking pages are too late in the season to be used this year. In our parts, all the hummingbirds have already flown south for the winter. But bookmark this post or download the pages for next summer and fall.

As always, I love to hear when you use the free printables from The Notebooking Fairy in your homeschool. If you send me photos, I will feature you in a Show Off post.

Her guide to notebooking—Notebooking Success—guides you through notebooking: what it is; how to use it; how it fits a Charlotte Mason, classical, and textbook curriculum; tips for getting the most educational value from it; and much more. It comes bundled with several bonuses, including a small set of generic notebooking pages that can be used with any topic.

We just filled our feeder up again. We have Anna’s Hummingbirds that do not migrate so we enjoy watching them all year round…even in the snow! Thanks for the beautiful notebook pages!

Thanks – I have bookmarked this for next year; we have a lot of hummingbirds around the cottage!

Here we just use regular birdseed for the bluejays and chickadees, but I’m thinking that maybe next year we’ll add a hummingbird feeder near the sun porch and see what happens.
