Making Impressionism Notebooking Pages

These Impressionism pages were inspired by a recent visit to our local art museum where an exhibit of Impressionist art was being shown. When we got home from that field trip, I required my daughter to record what she learned and saw in her art notebook. She used these printable pages plus the brochures and coloring pages we received at the museum.

Do you follow up on a field trip with a notebooking assignment? If not, what do you do with all those brochures you take home?

Her guide to notebooking—Notebooking Success—guides you through notebooking: what it is; how to use it; how it fits a Charlotte Mason, classical, and textbook curriculum; tips for getting the most educational value from it; and much more. It comes bundled with several bonuses, including a small set of generic notebooking pages that can be used with any topic.

Thanks for the notebooking pages for Impressionism. I saved them and we will be using them later this year. 🙂

Oooo, ouch! We have been to a few historical places lately, along with a natural area here and there, and I have a HUGE stack of brochures. I meant to use them in our notebooking, but have never gotten around to it. Maybe it’s time to pull them out and see what we can come up with?
